2020 and the Covid-19 epidemic shifted many small businesses’ service models. With limited store capacity, Carpet Mart met the challenge by creating in-store appointments to ensure the safety and health of our customers and staff. What we didn’t expect was how beneficial the individual appointments would become to our customers.
By scheduling an in-store appointment, your shopping experience is personalized by consulting with a flooring expert. Our friendly, caring sales staff are able to guide you through our extensive flooring offerings by understanding your lifestyle (kids, pets, etc.), desired design style, flooring type and leading you to the top products within those parameters and your budget.
When we call to schedule your appointment, we walk through a quick questionnaire to ensure your appointment is as efficient as possible and we provide you with selections that meet your needs and desired aesthetic.
While walk-in appointments are available, scheduled appointments allow us to provide you with a truly personalized shopping experience and are given priority.
