Everyone on the CarpetMart team has been exceptional!

From Jocelyn in sales for all of her great insight and endless patience as we walked through our options

To Aaron with his friendliness and attention to detail in the pre-installation planning where he even came out for multiple visits to make 100% certain that the plan was perfect so that we the exact right amount of carpeting - not too much so that we didn’t spend more than we needed but not too little so that the end product was perfect.

To Mike, Alex and Devyn for their amazing work on the installation and their sincere courtesy when working in our home.

This was our second 5 star experience with Carpet Mart. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and offer excellent flooring products. From the salespeople to the estimator to the scheduler and the installers, every person we encountered was completely professional, kind and easy to work with. Our carpet was laid with attention to detail, the final product looks amazing and they cleaned up thoroughly. I would not go anywhere else in Louisville for flooring but Carpet Mart!
