We purchased carpet for the home we just bought. The sales process was quick and low-pressure. Our install team of Brian and Ricky did a fantastic job - no mess, no wall scuffs, the floor looks beautiful. We’ll continue to use Carpet Mart!

This is the 3rd time I have used Carpet Mart and they were wonderful. Jake in sales, took the time to listen to our needs and recommended the perfect kitchen flooring to choose from. He was very patient and always made himself available for questions. Our installer Mike was very courteous, worked efficiently and did a fantastic job. He went above and beyond to include me through the process, to make sure I liked the pattern/layout of the floor and the grout choice. As I have come to expect (and something important to me), the communication was top notch, I knew exactly what was going to happen and when. As I mentioned earlier, this is the 3rd time I have used them over 6 years and their customer service and customer satisfaction has not waivered. I will definitely call them again, when I am ready for my next project!

Jake has helped us with several projects. This last project was carpet in our guest rooms. He quickly explained the differences and found my master bedroom carpet so I could see the similarities. Great sample sizes to take home also .
